WellLife’s White Plains Road Development WellLife Network is proud to bring new hope and opportunity to the Bronx through the White Plains Road Development, a 136-unit, 100% affordable housing community in Williamsbridge. Of these, 82 supportive units will provide safe, permanent homes for individuals and families exiting homelessness and/or recovering from mental health challenges. WellLife will deliver all supportive services onsite and provide onsite property management, ensuring residents have the stability and resources they need to thrive. This transformative project represents more than housing, it is dignity, community, and opportunity, helping residents build healthy, independent lives while remaining rooted in the Bronx. Designed with sustainability and accessibility in mind, the development reflects WellLife’s mission of saving lives and commitment to a vibrant, inclusive future for all.
