Rachel Fee was on the Max Politico Podcast yesterday, talking about affordable housing in the new Adams administration. Rachel joined John Sanchez, District Manager of Bronx Community Board 6 and Board Member of Open New York, and host Ben Max, editor of Gotham Gazette.
Rachel talked about the need to address the housing and homelessness crisis by increasing investments in affordable housing and making every neighborhood participate in the housing plan. Rachel also said that Mayor-elect Adams does not need to rush a new housing plan in the first 100 days but should have a thoughtful process that includes external stakeholders.
