Hunter Students Capstone Project for NYHC: Addressing Affordable Housing Legislation and Associated Costs

Hunter College Master in Urban Policy and Leadership students, in a collaborative project with NYHC, have analyzed local laws that add costs to building and operating housing. The student’s report – Addressing Affordable Housing Legislation and Associated Costs – highlights the key trade-offs and areas for reform to better address NYC’s affordability crisis.
