Several members of the New York delegation are assigned to important committees for affordable housing policy, tax and appropriations. Notable new assignments include Rep. Adriano Espaillat, assigned to Appropriations and the Subcommittee on Transportation and Housing and Urban Development (THUD). We are thrilled to have a NY member on this important subcommittee. Rep. Ritchie Torres, a champion of public housing, has been assigned to the Financial Services Committee. We look forward to working with all members of the New York delegation to secure needed resources to combat the ongoing housing crisis.
