The building provides 51 one-bedroom apartments with Social Services and other support spaces. The building structure comprises of Precast Hollow Core Concrete Plank Floors, Masonry bearing/walls and energy/sound efficient interior drywall partitions and ceilings. The site planning for outdoor spaces includes private and secluded walking paths, community garden plots and seating areas. The building takes full advantage of its corner site with contrasting bays that wrap the expansive rear gardens. This project is geared toward Senior Citizens living at their best. The project is substantially funded by Federal supported HUD 202 Program, and additional gap funding by HPD, DHCR and Brooklyn Borough President.

Community Impact:
We actively participate in building communities, not just projects. The partnerships we create in each community become the catalysts for enabling them to meet their own aspirations
and prosperity through employment, skills training, providing technical assistance and other services on a non-profit basis. Many of our employees and subcontractors are hired within the project community. This is a core component of our philosophy.
