This past Election Day, voters approved changes to the City Charter that created new tools to support affordable housing and infrastructure development in NYC, including a new BSA fast track action, expedited CPC approvals of certain types of affordable and modest projects, and a new ULURP appeals board for affordable housing rezonings, among other actions.
Join former Charter Revision Commission staff as they outline how these tools will work in practice to deliver more affordable housing faster, and in more parts of the city. They will answer your questions about these changes, the biggest shift in land use procedure since 1989.
