The NYU Furman Center and New York Housing Conference invite you to join us on Thursday, May 1 for our 2025 Mayoral Forum on Housing and Homelessness.

Leading mayoral candidates will discuss a number of critical issues facing New Yorkers, including housing affordability, federal funding, zoning reform, and affordable housing development. Candidates will also address the growing homelessness crisis in New York City.

Moderated by NY1’s Errol Louis, the forum will be a data-driven, policy-focused discussion where candidates will discuss their proposed solutions to address New York City’s affordable housing needs and homelessness.

Qualifying and confirmed candidates to be announced.
