The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) has announced “Fast 3” – a total revamp of its Section 8 Housing Choice voucher program. Property owners who partner with NYCHA will have access to:
1. Fast Pass: an inspection appointment within 5 days
2. Fast Match: free online listings to match up available units with approved Section 8 voucher holders
3. Fast HAPs: timely direct deposit payments from NYCHA
