This week, NYHC held our 2nd Annual New York Congressional Delegation Affordable Housing Breakfast. This year we focused on opportunities in the election year and beyond in a new administration.

Thank you to Rep. Hakim Jeffries (D-NY8), Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-NY13) and Rep. Nydia Velázquez (D-NY12) who participated in a discussion with NYHC Advisory Board Members and City, State and Federal government officials. We also had representatives from the offices of Rep. Yvette Clarke (D-NY9), Rep. Joseph Crowley (D-NY14), Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-NY14), and Rep. Kathleen Rice (D-NY4).

We are also grateful to our government partners in attendance who advocate with us on federal policy- HUD Regional Administrator Holly Leicht, HCR Commissioner Jamie Rubin, HPD Commissioner Vicki Been, HDC President Gary Rodney and NYCHA Chair and CEO Shola Olatoye.
