Security and connectivity are strengthened through new cameras, keyless access, and free Wi-Fi for every household. Outdoor spaces are revitalized with new play areas, lighting, landscaping, and accessible walkways that promote community engagement and resilience. Serving nearly 1,180 residents at Boston Secor, 250 senior residents at Boston Road Plaza, and 200 senior residents at Middletown Plaza, this transformative rehabilitation strengthens community life through safer, healthier, and more energy-efficient homes. Comprehensive upgrades to building systems, interiors, and accessibility features enhance comfort, sustainability, and quality of life for all residents. Notias Construction’s renovation of both the R.A.I.N. Older Adults Center and the Roads to Success youth program facilities allows these vital organizations to expand their reach and improve program delivery in newly modernized spaces. In addition, Notias has prioritized local hiring, employing residents from the developments and surrounding neighborhoods, creating meaningful pathways to employment, skills development, and economic empowerment.
