Join us for the kick-off installment of the 3rd Annual YLC Summer Seminar Series in June to learn about Joint Ownership Entity NYC (JOE NYC). JOE NYC is a non-profit owned affordable housing assets in New York City. JOE NYC is designed to strengthen the asset and property management capacity and outcomes of participating CDCs and the industry as a whole; to bolster the cash flow and balance sheets of participating CDCs; to enhance the ability of CDCs to secure financing for their development projects; and to help ensure the long-term affordability of the properties in its portfolio and the stability of the communities within which they are located.

Offering members of the NYHC Young Leadership Council each month this summer an in-depth focus on affordable housing policy issues and connections to industry leaders each summer month. Prospective YLC members are also welcome to attend for free. Subsequent seminars will be held in July and August.
