The continuing resolution expires on April 28th. We are hoping for another CR at the same funding level but it is unclear how the budget will be resolved. President Trump is asking Congress for $3 billion for a wall on the Mexican border. This would be at the expense of HUD and other non-defense discretionary programs. There does not seem to be support in Congress for this action. We are closely watching how the budget will be resolved.
